Responsabilités

• Provide guidance to branch personnel on safety and environmental procedures and processes.
• Conduct informal training of subordinates and provide backup skills by cross training.
• Ensure test articles and equipment are prepared per directives and work is completed per schedules.
• Identify ways to improve production or quality of work.
• Assign work to subordinates based on priorities and capabilities.
• Evaluate subordinates' performance and provide advice, counsel, or instruction.
