Job summary

Carollo Engineers seeks a Lead Engineer to join our pilot and field testing group in Boise, ID. Lead maintenance and support of pilot and field equipment, delivering reliable deployments with strong client service and hands-on engineering expertise.

This role requires robust QA/QC, real-time troubleshooting, and the ability to manage multiple projects and travel as needed. You will contribute to high-quality pilot studies within a globally recognized environmental engineering firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Chemical, Environmental or Mechanical Engineering.
• 4+ years of hands-on water/wastewater pilot equipment experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation.
• Excellent safety, QA/QC, and field/workshop practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and support of Carollo’s pilot and field testing program.
• Prepare pilot and field equipment for deployment.
• Commission and decommission pilot and field equipment.
• Troubleshoot remotely and onsite for pilot and field equipment.
• Support multiple projects with varying complexity.
• Drive QA/QC methods for pilot programs.
