Framatome is seeking a Thermal-Mechanics Team Supervisor in the United States. You will lead a team of engineers focused on thermal-mechanical analysis of nuclear fuel, directing tasks, timelines, and technical oversight to ensure safe, high-quality results.

Responsibilities include project planning, cross-functional collaboration, and supporting proposals while maintaining budget and schedule. A strong engineering background and leadership mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; other related degrees may be accepted depending on the role.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering standards and criteria.
• Strong communication to convey technical data clearly.
• Leadership and teamwork abilities with self-checking mindset.
• Proficiency with specialized software tools and programming languages as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers, assign tasks, set goals and timelines.
• Plan and organize projects, allocate resources, ensure quality and budget.
• Collaborate across departments and with customers, conveying technical information.
