As Lead Engineer, Quality Assurance, you will own quality across the full BIDS platform: the BIDS Trader workstation, the core matching engine and the back-end services behind it, and the FIX connectivity that links us to clients and venues. You will work alongside developers, product managers and business stakeholders in New York and Calgary to raise test coverage, sharpen our automation and give the team confidence to release quickly. This is a hands-on individual contributor role on a team that is measured on the reliability of systems our clients trade through every day.

Salary Ranges (applicable for US locations only) - At Cboe, we are committed to providing a competitive, transparent, and market-informed total rewards program. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $159,375-$206,250, with actual compensation determined by job-related factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal alignment, and location. This role may also be eligible for annual incentive compensation and, where applicable, participation in Cboe's long-term equity programs.
