Roundel is seeking a Lead Engineer for their Technology Modernization team to drive architectural changes and improve the quality of service. This role involves hands-on experience with LLM ecosystems and modernizing software development processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong software development experience, knowledge of emerging GenAI patterns, and the ability to lead effectively across teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience with at least one full cycle implementation.
• Demonstrates strong domain-specific knowledge regarding Target’s technology capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with modern LLM ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Create and own the application architecture that best serves the product needs.
• Lead the design, lifecycle management, and total cost of ownership of services.
• Influence data standards, policies, and procedures.
