Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years building and operating production software with ownership of a service.
• Strong hands-on engineering in Python, Java, Go across the full stack of a cloud service.
• Working knowledge of applied cryptography — PKI, key management, digital signatures, HSM-backed systems.
• Practical experience applying AI and agentic workflows to real engineering problems.
• Clear written communication and proactive habits.

Responsibilities

• Build key and certificate inventory, lifecycle tracking, and the interfaces that make them usable.
• Instrument it and govern it: telemetry, audit evidence, and policy-based authorization for sensitive material.
• Own signing flows end to end: job type design, API and CLI surfaces, and the customer experience on top of them.
• Support post-quantum in production signing: ML-DSA dual signing on HSM-backed keys, LMS software keys, and hybrid flows.
• Build the agent-assisted paths that let customers help themselves, and be rigorous about where a human must stay in the loop.
• Measure it — deflection rate, time to first signature, onboarding time.
