Job summary

CoachHub GmbH is seeking an entrepreneurial, hands-on Lead Engineer to guide our core development team as we design, build and scale the next generation of our global coaching platform. This role keeps you as an active individual contributor while mentoring frontend, backend and full-stack engineers, championing AI-first practices and setting rigorous architectural standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering and robust software architecture experience.
• Familiarity with AI-native workflows and agent-based tooling.
• Experience in fast-growing scale-ups and cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep full-stack capabilities across TypeScript/JavaScript stack (React, Node.js, NestJS, Next.js).
• Proven leadership as a player-coach with hands-on coding in the last two years.
• Proactive problem solver with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
