Aufgaben

• Lead and manage a team of associates in the preparation, review, and electronic filing of Form 5500s for a diverse portfolio of employee benefit plans and direct filing entities.
• Oversee the gathering, analysis, and interpretation of financial and participant data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code.
• Deliver on client needs within the Form 5500 compliance services sector, including Forms 5500, 8955-SSA, 720 and 5330.
• Act as first point of contact for internal teams across service lines and external clients and auditors.
• Facilitate risk and financial performance of engagements, including billing, collections, and project budgets.
• Monitor evolving compliance requirements for Form 5500 filers.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful work environment.
