Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an embedded software engineer to drive end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will lead a team, review code, and guide improvements from vision to production-ready software.

You will work with modern tools and architectures, ensuring secure-by-design practices and CI/CD pipelines, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet program goals in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of embedded software engineering using Rust, C, or C++.
• Experience building and operating production-grade full-stack applications.
• Experience designing the architecture and containerized services with Kubernetes.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and practices to increase velocity responsibly.
• Experience developing software within an Agile framework and DevSecOps CI/CD pipeline.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work both independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or Engineering with 5+ years of software development, or 7+ years without a degree.
