Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a senior embedded software leader to own the infotainment dev kit bring-up on the Mediatek C-X1 platform, from EVK to our custom board. You will serve as the primary interface with Mediatek and drive the technical effort end-to-end.

The role requires hands-on experience with BSP and kernel bring-up (Linux, U-Boot), C/C++, and Python or Rust, plus a track record in ECU/SoC bring-up and cross‑team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years embedded SW experience; 5+ years in a staff or lead role.
• Direct hands‑on experience with Mediatek SoC platforms (C-X1, MT8xxx series, or equivalent)
• Proven track record leading ECU/SoC bring up programs end‑to‑end
• Strong BSP and kernel bring‑up expertise (Linux, U‑Boot or equivalent bootloader)
• C/C++, Python/Rust; hardware debug tools (Lauterbach, JTAG, oscilloscope)
• Excellent cross‑team communication; experience working directly with SoC vendors

Salary Range

• • $140,000 - 160,000
• • The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job‑related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
