Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain state trainer approval and CPR/First Aid if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum to meet each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Engage with parents to ensure best care and education for their children.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners.
