KIPP Capital Region, located in Albany and Troy, NY, is seeking a Lead Teacher to develop and implement a standards-aligned curriculum and to help shape a positive school culture. You will analyze student data to inform instruction and provide daily feedback on mastery in academics and character.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and NYS teaching licensure, plus at least two years of classroom experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• NYS Teaching Licensure or willingness to pursue state certification.
• Experience in charter or public schools preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours and support diverse learners.

Responsabilités

• Adapt and execute rigorous, standards-aligned curriculum and assess progress.
• Develop lessons, unit plans, rubrics and evaluations.
