Job summary

Sentara Heart Hospital in Norfolk, VA seeks a Team Lead for the Electrophysiology Lab to oversee daily operations and lead clinical teams. You will work under a physician and contribute to cardiac and vascular procedures to ensure patient safety and quality care.

The ideal candidate has RCIS or RCES certification, 3+ years of related experience, and is ready to obtain BLS/ACLS within 90 days. This full-time days role includes competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equivalent (required).
• Trade School Graduate (required).
• RCIS or RCES (required).
• BLS (required within 90 days).
• ACLS (required within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Serves as a senior expert in the utilization of specialized equipment and assists in cardiac and vascular procedures to maintain patient safety and comfort.
• Lead tech coordinates daily operations in the Heart and Vascular Center and supports physicians during procedures.
• Provides leadership and administers HR policies in a multi-skilled, multi-functional environment.
