Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians responsible for electrical and mechanical systems on automation equipment at our Verona, VA facility. You will troubleshoot issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards.

Experience in dairy processing environments and strong leadership skills are required. The role involves night shifts, weekend coverage, and coordinating with production, quality, and sanitation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of dairy processing systems and corrective maintenance practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and support a team of maintenance technicians to ensure safe, efficient maintenance execution.
• Plan, prioritize, and assign daily maintenance work to maximize equipment uptime.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on high-speed dairy processing and packaging equipment.
