Job summary

Motivo is seeking a passionate multidisciplinary engineer to lead the technical decision‑making in electro‑mechanical projects that require a solid system architecture.

You will collaborate with a Project Manager and Technical Lead to guide a focused team from concept to fabrication, shaping the complete system architecture and technical roadmap. The role spans mechanical, electrical and software domains, emphasizing robust design and reliable integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (Master’s preferred).
• Three or more years of professional engineering experience (7+ years for senior role consideration).
• Direct technical experience on multiple electro‑mechanical projects.
• Deep understanding of physics and electro‑mechanical control systems.
• Extensive detailed design experience in mechanical, electrical or software systems.
• Experience with Matlab/Simulink, SPICE, SolidWorks, Altium, STM32 MCUs.
• Higher‑level software development (Python and C/C++).
• Strong ability to develop system architecture and technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical decision‑making in electro‑mechanical projects requiring solid system architecture.
• Guide a focused team with Project Manager and Technical Lead to initiate product development.
• Define or review system architecture, identify key components and technologies, and ensure project completion.
• Mentor engineers and support debugging during integration.
