Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of assemblers; meet schedules and production goals.
• Assign tasks by skill, workload, and project requirements; monitor workflow and escalate bottlenecks.
• Train and mentor team members on assembly procedures, quality, and safety.
• Perform advanced assembly including wiring, harness routing, soldering, and testing; review completed work for compliance.
