Job summary

We Power America in Minneapolis, MN seeks licensed electricians for commercial and industrial projects. Openings include journey level and supervisory roles, with high profile projects and on‑site work in Minneapolis and St. Paul.

Positions offer hourly pay, 59–91 USD per hour, with overtime and 100% employer-paid benefits. Overtime opportunities, contractor-provided tools, and comprehensive health and retirement benefits are included.

Qualifications

Journey level or supervisory level experience required.
Ability to install, maintain and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings.
Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and building regulations.
Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics and technical drawings.
Ability to work with others and coordinate with engineers and contractors.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings (wiring, panels, circuits, motors).
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues with available tools.
Ensure work complies with local, state and federal codes and safety standards.
Read blueprints and schematics to plan installations and upgrades.
Upgrade and modify existing electrical systems as needed.
Follow lockout/tagout procedures and maintain safety protocols.
Collaborate with other contractors and team members to complete projects on time.
