Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the electrical field
• 1+ year of field leadership experience
• Ability to take initiative and lead with purpose

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and execute electrical work on job sites
• Guide others, stay ahead of the schedule, and proactively solve problems on-site
• Communicate effectively and provide direction to a team
• Track project progress and allocate tasks and materials efficiently
• Use scheduling tools and on-site coordination tech to keep projects moving
