Esposito Construction is seeking a skilled Electrician to join a crew performing electrical work for commercial and site residential projects. The ideal candidate will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

The position requires 5+ years of electrical experience, strong NEC knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints and coordinate with project managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of electrical experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEC codes, conduit bending, wire pulling, and troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in various weather conditions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with a crew of electricians and apprentices to complete electrical work efficiently.
• Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and electrical schematics to install wiring and conduit.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical components in commercial and site residential settings.
• Run wire through conduit with proper placement and secure connections.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely completion.
• Perform electrical inspections and testing to verify code compliance and system integrity.
• Enforce OSHA safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Order materials and manage inventory of tools and supplies.
• Train and mentor crew members to ensure workmanship and industry standards.
