Job summary

IT Resource Hunter is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field execution for major multifamily electrical construction projects in the San Diego area. You will oversee day-to-day field operations, manpower, materials, equipment, scheduling, safety, quality and productivity.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience managing electrical construction on large-scale multifamily projects (apartments, dormitories, military housing) with a California General Electrician Journeyperson

Qualifications

California General Electrician Journeyperson License is required.
10+ years of experience managing and/or overseeing multifamily electrical construction projects for an electrical contractor.
Strong experience with large-scale multifamily projects such as apartments, college dormitories, military housing, or comparable high-density developments.
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Proven field leadership experience managing Foremen and electrical crews.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day field operations for large-scale multifamily electrical construction projects.
Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and project logistics.
Lead, develop, and hold Foremen and field personnel accountable for safety, quality, and productivity.
Monitor project schedules, productivity, job costs, forecasting, and quality.
Coordinate with general contractors, owners, and other project stakeholders.
Drive a strong safety culture and ensure company safety policies and procedures are followed.
