Qualifications

• Must possess a current state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management and successful completion of projects.
• Monitor and control project documentation and schedules.
• Manage financial performance including profit/loss of projects.
• Direct and review project estimating and bidding.
• Oversee material procurement and subcontractor coordination.
• Identify and resolve project-related challenges.
