In this critical leadership role, you'll lead the design, integration, and optimization of the Motor Generator Unit (MGU) e-motor system, focusing on high-speed performance, efficiency, structural integrity, rotor-stator dynamics, thermal management, and mechanical reliability under extreme racing conditions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in electromagnetics, mechanical design, power electronics, controls, thermal management, and manufacturing to optimize MGU packaging and performance within the hybrid powertrain while adhering to FIA technical regulations. Lead prototype validation, testing programs, and continuous improvements to deliver race-winning e-motor solutions essential for championship success.
