Chris Baily, a leading NY/NJ installation and service company, is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex electrical projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include meetings, surveys, planning, budgeting, coordinating with clients and teams, and ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years PM experience in electrical industry, strong communication, proficiency with PM software, and knowledge of electrical codes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the electrical industry or an electrical engineering degree.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Attend job meetings, and perform surveys
• Plan, execute, and manage projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct site assessments and prepare detailed project documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation to ensure project efficiency and profitability
• Perform takeoffs and generate proposals
