Qualifications

• Valid Electrical Journeyman License or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• 5–10 years hands-on electrical experience.
• Ability to supervise field crews and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of current electrical codes and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a dedicated team of electricians to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Interpret and execute complex blueprints, schematics, and technical documents for precise installations.
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems across commercial, industrial, and residential settings.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and inspections to ensure compliance with codes.
• Enforce strict safety protocols on every job site for a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to align goals and exceed client expectations.
• Manage and order materials, tools, and equipment to prevent delays.
