Super Fast Electric in Florida seeks an Electrical Lead Installer to perform and lead commercial and residential electrical installations, repairs, and service work while ensuring code compliance and safety. The successful candidate will read blueprints, supervise crews, troubleshoot, coordinate materials, and mentor junior electricians.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; background and drug tests apply.

Responsibilities

Perform commercial and residential electrical installations and service work.
Lead and supervise installation crews on job sites.
Troubleshoot electrical systems and identify effective solutions.
Install, maintain, and repair electrical panels, wiring, lighting, outlets, switches, and related systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical plans.
Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
Communicate professionally with customers regarding work being performed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Coordinate materials, equipment, and project timelines.
Train and mentor junior electricians and helpers.
