Job summary

A leader in infrastructure development is seeking a Chief Engineer for Electrical/I&C to lead teams in power generation projects. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, and extensive engineering experience, including managing teams and projects. The position offers a competitive salary range of $190,000 to $220,000 annually along with comprehensive benefits. U.S. citizenship is required due to access to nuclear facilities.

Qualifications

• 12 years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license; ability to obtain others through comity.
• Experience designing conventional and/or nuclear power plants.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop electrical and instrumentation & controls teams.
• Provide technical guidance to project discipline staff.
• Manage staffing plans based on workload forecasts.
• Establish project design bases considering various cost factors.
