Job summary

Lockheed Martin’s FBM LE2EGSE team seeks an Associate Manager to lead electrical and software engineering efforts for automated test systems validating flight hardware for the Navy’s ballistic-missile program. Location near Cape Canaveral, FL with a 9x80 schedule and no relo provided.

Required: Bachelor’s in engineering or related field and 5+ years of experience, US citizenship, and DoD Top Secret clearance. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, computer science or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• 5+ years of professional experience for this role.
• DoD Top Secret Clearance; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate technical status and issues to program leadership and the customer.
• Conduct personnel management for a portion of the LE2 EGSE team.
• Manage the design and development of a System Test Console and the Pad Launch Equipment for LE2.
• Coordinate scope and dependencies across multiple IPTs in support of Pad Launch Development efforts.
