Job summary

Chemelex LLC is seeking an experienced electrician to perform electrical labor on construction job sites under supervision. You will read blueprints, install conduit systems per NEC, and ensure safety and quality in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 4+ years of experience, and a Journeyman/Master Electrician license. May travel up to 90% nationwide and work rotating shifts. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
NCCER certifications preferred but not required.
Journeyman or Master Electrician license required (any state).
Minimum 4 years’ experience; manufacturing/industrial facilities preferred.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with management and Chemelex employees.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, specifications and wiring diagrams; apply electrical theory to practical applications.
Work on and around high voltage energized equipment; install conduit systems per NEC.
Follow all electrical/maintenance practices and safety rules.
Work in manufacturing environments; climb stairs and catwalks; withstand extreme temperatures.
Work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Observe safety rules; wear PPE at all times.
Read and interpret safety and operation documents; document procedures.
Supervise journeymen and helpers; manage time-entry sheets.
