Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead design efforts for water and wastewater projects. You will act as Engineer-of-Record, applying advanced engineering judgment to size and specify electrical systems per codes and standards.

You will develop designs, construct packages, and cost estimates while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
Licensed Professional Engineer required.
Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater electrical design.

Responsibilities

Serve as Engineer-of-Record for electrical projects.
Design, size, select and specify electrical systems.
Lead development of construction packages including drawings and specs.
Mentor junior engineers and designers.
Coordinate with clients, contractors and internal teams.
Prepare design calculations and cost estimates.
