Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is required.
• PE license is preferred or required.
• 10+ years of experience designing electrical systems for complex building projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects by overseeing electrical system design and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Set quality standards by developing QA/QC processes and best practices.
• Mentor and develop engineers and designers, providing technical guidance and reviews.
• Support design strategy and planning with project managers and leaders.
• Interact with clients as a trusted technical advisor and participate in meetings and pursuits.
• Contribute electrical expertise during early project planning and opportunity development.
• Improve workflows, tools, and standards to boost team efficiency and innovation.
