Job summary

Faith Technologies Incorporated in Menasha, WI, seeks a Lead Electrical Engineer to guide the Product Engineering team in designing electrical and electro‑mechanical systems for renewable energy, microgrid, EV charging, crypto mining, and data centers.

You will mentor engineers, ensure designs are manufacturable and compliant, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet project milestones and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD design software (Inventor, CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo).
• Significant design experience with low voltage electrical circuits, wire harness, PLC controllers, and complex electrical systems.
• Design experience in electrical components or equipment within the energy industry.
• Design experience with programming and controls software.
• 10 years of product design experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of their engineering team.
• Provides coaching and development opportunities for their team through regular interactions.
• Develops the design scope and timeline for their discipline within engineering projects.
• Responsible for meeting project requirements and timelines.
• Research, create, and update engineering design standards to promote best practices.
• Supports the design of electrical components and sub-systems for power/low voltage products including component selection, wire harness creation, assembly design and installation.
• Performs complex design calculations to ensure design compliance with project requirements or reviews others work for correctness.
• Studies and understands related government and industry standards that govern the products being developed.
• Produce relevant documentation needed to meet project goals, electrical schematics, electrical component prints, electrical assemblies, and compliance documents.
• Interacts with the Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering staff on a regular basis.
• Support costing activities to ensure pricing targets are achieved at the project level.
• Supports the creation of technical manuals for operation and maintenance of related products.
