Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local codes and regulations.
  • Experience with construction document production.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver electrical systems for complex building projects.
  • Prepare project specifications, reports, and full construction document packages.
  • Conduct design analyses, planning studies, and cost evaluations.
  • Lead or support discipline teams or small multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Perform quality control reviews to ensure technical accuracy.

Skills

Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local codes and regulations
Strong communication skills
Ability to solve complex problems
Experience with construction document production
Experience working on building systems

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
Professional Engineer (PE) license
