A leading energy technology company in California is seeking an experienced electrical engineer to lead a small team focused on designing and developing large electrical distribution systems. This role involves hands-on work with utility-scale power generation and distribution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical systems, particularly in multi-MVA installations and utility settings, backed by a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Professional Engineer status.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience with multi-MVA power installations.
• Experience in utility electrical distribution.
• Ability to conduct transient analysis during abnormal conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small electrical team.
• Design and develop large distributed electrical systems.
• Commission and operate large MVA electrical utility systems.
