Job summary

A leading staffing solutions company seeks a Lead Electrical Engineer for a reputable semiconductor client in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will lead engineering efforts for designing and testing advanced electrical systems, requiring expertise in high-speed signal and power integrity. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $160k to $180k annually, along with bonuses, medical benefits, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 10 years minimum experience with BS or 7 years with MS required.
• Expert-level knowledge of high-speed signal and power integrity.
• Experience with high-speed testing and validation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engineering functions for semiconductor testing.
• Conduct integration testing and troubleshoot signal integrity issues.
• Guide and mentor junior staff and manage projects effectively.
