Qualifications

• 15+ years of proven experience focusing on pipeline facilities.
• In-depth knowledge of IEEE, NFPA, API, AGA, ISA, ANSI standards and ability to apply to power and control system designs.
• Knowledge of computer systems in an engineering environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• SKM software knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Chief Electrical Engineer in proposals.
• Assists in providing training to personnel.
• Prepares or reviews discipline project specifications.
• Prepares or reviews requisitions for inquiry in support of purchasing equipment, materials, and subcontracts.
• Reviews and approves vendor documents.
• Prepares or reviews engineering and design status reports, work plans and man-hour estimates.
• Directs site reviews for electrical requirements and liaises with client personnel.
