You will lead the design and development of advanced electrical systems, working across hardware, software, and mechanical teams to deliver high-performance solutions from concept through production.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of EE experience, strong fundamentals, and a track record shipping complex hardware and software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of industry experience as an Electrical Engineer.
• Strong technical fundamentals.
• Led multiple product design cycles involving EE, ME, and SW engineering.
• Proven track record of ownership and delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Experience shipping products and navigating development cycles under deadlines.
• Ability to obtain a S//SAR level security clearance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead circuit and sub-system design for next-generation aircraft and support equipment.
• Support embedded systems and sensors enabling aircraft autonomy and AI.
• Define technical product requirements and features.
• Lead and mentor teammates on the project.
• Own circuit part selection, schematic capture, simulation, verification, and release to production.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, embedded, software, manufacturing, supply chain).
• Manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct cross-functional design reviews and work with Firmware to integrate logic designs.
• Develop automated test solutions and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and aircraft reliability.
