Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent for a major technology project in Northern Louisiana. You will lead, coordinate and supervise electrical trades, ensure safety, schedule delivery, quality and budget adherence on site.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineers, architects, and subcontractors, developing work sequencing, reviewing drawings and specs, and overseeing commissioning and turnover.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or four years of engineering/architectural experience, plus six years of mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with excellent written/verbal communication.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, and specifications.

Aufgaben

• Lead, direct, and coordinate work of subcontractors and Turner trade labor for electrical systems.
• Ensure safety, schedule delivery, quality, and adherence to budget on the project.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors; manage sequencing and recovery strategies.
• Oversee site safety program and compliance with Turner standards and codes.
• Lead inspections, startup, commissioning, turnover, and training for system acceptance.
