Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years designing requirements and documentation in heavy/high-reliability industries (nuclear, power, marine, etc).
• Experience with quality and regulatory considerations and engineering evaluation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead component engineering for electrical parts and perform technical evaluations.
• Ensure cost, schedule, quality, and technical accuracy of tasks.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship through verification and peer reviews.
• Analyze electrical parts dedication testing and NC/issue resolutions.
• Support BWR-related product development, obsolescence, and plant issues.
• Engage with management, suppliers, and cross-functional teams for quality and lean initiatives.
