Job summary

You will lead transmission projects through the full lifecycle, coordinating with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure scope, schedule, and budget adherence. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in environmental fields and 5+ years of experience, with strong NEPA knowledge and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, biology, chemistry, ecology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with electric transmission siting, routing, and regulatory compliance.
• 3+ years of project and/or people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEPA and environmental permitting for linear infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple electric transmission and linear infrastructure projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Provide technical leadership for transmission line siting, routing studies, and permitting, coordinating with engineering and environmental teams.
• Manage environmental studies, permitting, and regulatory compliance in accordance with NEPA and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Serve as primary point of contact with clients, regulatory agencies, landowners, and stakeholders, including public involvement efforts.
• Supervise and mentor multi-disciplinary teams, including scientists, planners, engineers, and technical staff.
• Develop and review environmental reports, permit applications, and technical documentation.
• Partner with senior leadership to support client relationships and business development.
