Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent) and at least 4 years of experience in electric powertrain design.
• Extensive knowledge of Li-ion batteries, BMSs, PDUs, charging standards, inverters, and electric motors.
• Strong skills in C/C++ and embedded software development.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver a safe and reliable electric powertrain for Navier's hydrofoil boats.
• Work with vendors and contractors to design custom powertrain components.
• Lead Navier's EE team to grow it into a premier engineering team.
