Job summary

A leading government services provider in Chicago is seeking an Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager to oversee lab operations and eDiscovery services. The successful candidate will ensure timely data processing and manage a team of professionals, requiring extensive experience in Relativity and a solid understanding of the litigation discovery process. Qualifications

• Extensive Relativity experience required.
• Relativity certifications including Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) and/or Relativity Analytics Specialist strongly preferred.
• At least eight years of experience in eDiscovery roles.
• At least five years of management/supervisory experience.
• Thorough knowledge of litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Working knowledge of document review software.

Responsibilities

• Lead manager responsible for lab data processing services.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and processing approaches.
• Consult with attorneys and participate in teleconferences as needed.
• Keep clients informed on lab activities such as deadlines.
• Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals in the lab.
