Primrose School of Bloomfield is seeking a Lead Early Preschool Teacher to foster a nurturing, educational environment for preschoolers. The role focuses on implementing the Balanced Learning curriculum via a digital platform, building strong relationships with families, and delivering high-quality care during standard daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent coursework or CDA completion.
• At least 2 years of experience in early childhood education or preschool.
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children.
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are provided.
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Support children's individual learning needs and social-emotional growth.
