Job summary

Janux Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Operations to lead Phase I oncology trials, coordinating CROs, vendors, and sites across the U.S. and international regions to ensure compliant, timely trial execution.

Qualifications

• Lead Phase I oncology trials and oversee trial activities in accordance with protocol, SOPs, GCP and regulations.
• Manage CROs, central labs, biometrics, safety vendors, eTMF providers, and other partners to meet timelines and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, initiation, execution, and close-out of complex Phase I oncology trials.
• Oversee external partners and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Mentor and support junior team members and cross-functional colleagues.
• Support site selection, feasibility, and initiation visits to optimize enrollment and data quality.
• Develop and review essential study documents (protocols, ICFs, CRFs, monitoring plans).
• Review monitoring reports and provide sponsor oversight to CRO monitors.
• Conduct data reviews and support data cleaning; maintain inspection readiness.
