KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an enthusiastic Teacher to join our team in Houston, TX. You will lead and mentor teachers, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn through play.

Engage with families and partners to deliver high-quality care and education across diverse communities. A CDA/NAEYC pathway and state qualifications may apply; English communication is essential for daily interactions.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
• Possess active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification if needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement curriculum consistent with the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Develop positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
