Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. seeks a Lead Teacher to guide classroom activities and mentor fellow staff at our Colorado center.

You will implement curriculum, lead management tasks, and ensure compliance with licensing standards while supporting the growth and development of preschool children. We value energetic, dependable individuals who can engage children indoors or outdoors, plan lessons, and collaborate with families to promote learning success and center excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.

• Assistant Teacher: $16.75-$17.40
• Lead Teacher: $18.00-$19.00

All employees in Colorado are eligible for paid sick leave, as required by the Healthy Families Work Act. Full-time employees are provided with 48 hours upon hire and annually each fiscal year thereafter. Part-time and temporary employees earn paid sick leave based upon hours worked.
