Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Extended experience in a childcare setting is required.
• Must meet state-specific guidelines including immunizations and training.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare a stimulating environment for children.
• Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®.
• Prioritize safety and nurturing in the classroom.
• Update parents on child's progress.
• Collaborate with staff to improve retention and engagement.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues.
