Qualifications

• High school diploma required; ECE degree preferred.
• CDA credential preferred; experience in licensed childcare preferred.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience with young children in a preschool setting.

Responsibilities

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Foster a love of learning through engaging teaching methods.
• Observe and assess children's development and adjust activities accordingly.
