KinderCare Learning Companies in Illinois is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire learning and support families daily. You will guide teammates, implement the center's curriculum, and foster a safe, engaging environment for children to grow and explore.

The role emphasizes collaboration with parents, ongoing enrollment and accreditation efforts, and strong communication with licensing authorities. A CDA credential and ECE degree are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills, with ability to multitask effectively.
• Active CDA Credential or meeting NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success; collaborate to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
