Job summary

Child Care Innovations (CCI) Base Program Leader assists the Site Director in the daily care and supervision of the children, planning activities, supervising staff, and reporting for the program. The role ensures compliance with Colorado Department of Early Childhood licensing requirements for the daily program.

This position also involves maintaining positive relationships with families and school personnel, training staff, and supporting operations to increase access to high-quality early

Qualifications

• 1st Aid/CPR certification required.
• Universal Precautions certification preferred.
• 455 hours with school-aged children required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Director in daily care and supervision of children.
• Plan and implement activities; supervise children and maintain safety.
• Maintain compliant relationships with families, staff, and school personnel.
