Job summary

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy in progress.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor junior teachers, modeling effective practices.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum while adapting to each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support children’s care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, staff, licensing authorities and community partners.
